At WULF the label we take great effort to ensure a convenient shopping experience. You can conveniently place an order directly on the website by clicking on the products you like. Follow these steps to complete your purchase:

  • Select your size
  • Click ‘Add to Cart’
  • Repeat this until you have everything you like
  • Go to your cart and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  • Fill in your information or login if you’ve shopped with us before
  • Select your shipping method
  • Select your payment method
  • Click ‘Place Order’
  • Done!

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your information. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order directly from your account. This is one of the benefits of creating an account.

How can I make a complaint?

In the rare occasion we make a mistake we are more than happy to take all customer feedback. There is always room for improvement. Contact us via the contact page.

Is it possible to change the address/cancel or amend my order?

After placing an order, you have a 30-minute window in which you can edit the delivery address or cancel the order. Just send us an email to info@wulfthelabel.com or give us a call at +597 8941844 – we’ll see what we can do!

Can I get more information on a product?

We take great effort to ensure our product descriptions are descriptive of our products. Contact us may you need more information.

Can I make an order over the phone?

Yes, orders can be placed via +597 8941844 via text only. We can only take an order over the phone if your delivery address and billing address are the same, and your delivery address is in Paramaribo.

Please note that your phone order is not placed until you receive your confirmation email or text.

Will I get same price at retailers?

Prices between retailers and online can vary for promotional purposes. However all products have a MSRP.

How do I check if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless an “Out of Stock” message is displayed. This message is shown after you’ve selected your size (if the item has size options).
Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it is not reserved until you have completed your order.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received, and is being processed.
You will receive a further dispatch confirmation email once your order has been packed and is ready for delivery or pick-up.

Will products get restocked?

We strive to keep all products exclusive and in limited quantities. Some of our items get restocked, but not all of them.

The item I bought is now in sale, can I get the difference refunded?

As an online business our prices change in accordance with trends, customer demand and stock availability we are, therefore, unable to refund the difference in price when an item you have purchased goes into sale, although we do appreciate how frustrating this can be.
You can of course return the item for a full refund and then re-order the item at its markdown price, provided it is returned in accordance with our returns policy. Please note, we cannot guarantee that another customer won’t purchase this item first.

What are the payment options?

You can make a direct deposit to one of our designated bank accounts or pay via PayPal with your PayPal balance or credit card.

What currencies can I use?

You can shop in USD, EUR or SRD. Select your currency in the top menu.

What is your exchange rate?

The exchange rates vary from day to day. For the most up to date prices in your preferred currency, use the currency converter in the left bottom corner.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?

Yes. This option is only available for orders in Paramaribo. Full payment is required immediately upon delivery: cash only, no exceptions.

Can I pay in a different currency?

How do I pay with PayPal or iDeal?

If you choose to pay with PayPal or iDeal, you will receive a payment request email from where you can complete your payment. Your order will be processed after payment confirmation. You are currently not able to pay directly on our website via PayPal or iDeal.

How do I apply a coupon code?

You can add a valid coupon code in your card.

How do I purchase with my gift card?

When you proceed to checkout, you will be asked the question if you have a coupon or gift card. Click on gift card and enter your gift card number. Your gift card balance will be used in your order.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. The countries we ship to are listed at your checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us via info@wulfthelabel.com for more information and details.

  • International: $15

Do you deliver outside Paramaribo?

Yes, we deliver nationwide. The shipping fees depend on the district of delivery.

Shipping fees:

  • Commewijne, Wanica: $5
  • Brokopondo, Coronie, Marowijne, Nickerie, Para, Saramacca, Sipaliwini: $8

What courier do you use for deliveries?

We use Roxu Delivery, FlexyApp, Surpost or STC1660 as our local couriers for deliveries in Suriname.

We use Surpost, PostNL for international deliveries.

How long does it take for delivery?

Local deliveries approx. 1-2 business days.

International deliveries approx. 10-15 days.

Can I collect from a local store?

We offer a local pick-up service. You can select this at your checkout and you’ll receive more information about the pick-up location in Paramaribo via email.

Do you deliver on Weekend?

We deliver from Monday to Saturday.

Can I track my item?

Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

Yes, it does not have to be the addressee. The signature is electronically logged for security reasons. Any signature at the address will be accepted as proof of delivery.

What is your return & exchange policy?

All sales are final. Please order carefully to be sure you get products that are right for you. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us for the quickest response.

Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered items, All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. All products must be unworn and unwashed. Any products purchased in the sale cannot be returned. The term begins with the receipt of the goods. We do not cover the shipping costs of returning your goods.

Can I return my online order to a retailer?

Orders placed online can not be returned to our retailers. To return your online order you can ship it back to our office or give us a call to pick it up. Fees may apply.

Can I get a different size of the same product?

Upon return of your order, you can select to receive a different size of the same product(s) if in stock.

What if my items are damaged or defective?

We strive to offer products of great craftsmanship. May you receive a damaged or defective item, contact info@wulfthelabel.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll take care of you!
